Plan The New Month With Me

Welcome, everyone! Happy February! I know that when this goes up, it'll be well into February, but I am just using this as a basis to get everyone motivated to either plan your month to the dot or just simply get an idea of what your month will look like. How I do this is two different methods, one is a bullet journal and the other is a planner from Plan Ahead. (not sponsored)

Why?: When looking at your month in a bigger view, it gives you time to think and plan ahead of time yet also it's just another way that you're going to be able to look back and be like, "Wow I did a lot this month." Personally, I don't like when a planner gives you daily and weekly layouts, so I ripped all the weekly/daily pages out of my planner. Just so that I am able to have a wider view, plus it has enough space in the boxes to the point where I can say Chapter 28 is due, Cell Signalling Test, and Photosynthesis Lab today all in the same box!

How?: I had a bullet journal about less than a year ago and I made it super fancy but in a spiral notebook and it took so much time that I wasn't getting anywhere with it, so I decided to stop. So I was very reluctant to start my new year with a bullet journal, which is just very minimal. I don't have all these keys, goals, happy thoughts. It's very minimal, just things that were assigned or due that day, how much water I drank, and what time I got up, I got out of bed, and what time I went to sleep. Obviously, I had to include the monthly calendar just because that is my best version of a planner, where I can make everything to my liking. So my planner is how I'm keeping up to date, but I am also using my bullet journal just to keep everything in scope.

What?: I don't use a lot of high brand materials for bullet journaling and especially because I just don't care for them nor am I able to really afford any of the fancy material that people use because if you couldn't tell I am a student. So for my materials, I was actually gifted three tiny moleskin journals from Barnes and Nobles which I have been using as my bullet journal for the last year before I actually used a spiral notebook which wasn't that good of a book, but it's okay as a beginning book. But if you go to your local TjMaxx or Ross. You can surely find an empty notebook that you can make your bullet journal.

Thank you so much for reading this week's new post! I am super excited for everyone to start their February with such a big bang. Being organized is such an important prospect when you're in school because if you don't have your life together, your grades won't be good, neither will your social life, and your mental health will deteriorate faster than you can blink. Comment down below, if you use a bullet journal or a planner! You can also go check out my new video which is a Week In The Life Of Me.
